Hi, I'm Dorian Wesley — founder of Teacher Study Hall and the coach I wish I'd had when I was studying for my own bilingual certification.
Why I built Teacher Study Hall
I began Spanish language study in elementary school and kept at it through college and beyond — self-directed, on my own. When I discovered that the bilingual certification exams have roughly a 50% pass rate despite a real teacher shortage, I knew I had to do something about it.

- Started as a band director, then built a tutoring business while teaching elementary school
- Tutoring journey began with student-athletes at Louisiana State University, then expanded to friends, family, and eventually teachers preparing for certification
